I was given a birthday card with this quote on it (from my friend Darren Cornish). I think it is a great quote. I put it in a frame and sits in my bedroom.
Not so easy to achieve, but I suppose that is the point. The quote is there to remind & motivate.
Further investigation also shows this quite finishing with ‘Every aspect of it’.
