Does that title even make sense?
I know what I mean as went through this process this morning.
Sunday, & my alarm went off at 5.55 AM.
It was time for the Sunday morning run…but I did not rise straight away like I do most of the time.
This is why I have another alarm set at 6 AM.
If needed, it gives me 5 minutes to ‘have a chat with myself’ about getting up & going for my run.
So far this has worked every time (except maybe once).
Why?
Because I know that every time I have been for my run that I feel good. On lots of levels.
The satisfaction mainly comes after the event…
…and that knowledge of satisfaction & feel-good factor is enough to get me up & get my trainers on.
Can you relate?
What are your belated satisfaction scenarios?
